How to Start a Return

1. Contact us with your order number.
2. We'll send you return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back in its original condition.
4. Once received, your refund is processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your mat arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund - you won't need to return the item.

Exchanges

Want a different color? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
